Almost Heaven LEGO Bash

West Virginia's biggest brick event is back at The Bridge for two full days. This year's headliners come straight from TV: Krista Kay, a Pittsburgh custom LEGO artist and LEGO Masters Season 5 contestant, will show her builds and run puzzle games, and structural engineer Mark Lorah brings his U.S. Capitol dome and life-size LEGO eagles. Dozens of vendors sell rare sets, minifigures and bulk brick, and the 501st Legion stormtroopers will be roaming the floor.

How locals do it: The $10 admission covers everything - the build-and-play zones, a LEGO-themed putt-putt course, cornhole and Connect 4, make-and-take sand art, face painting, and the scavenger hunt for 50 hidden flying pigs (find them, win prizes). The Extreme Balloon Artist is Saturday only, and the Carl Hopkins WV Youth Aviation Expo is a bonus attraction both days. Saturday afternoon gets crowded, so families with little ones usually go Friday or right at the 10 AM Saturday open. Buy advance tickets online - they're limited - and note that The Bridge's regular parking lot will be full, so plan a few extra minutes.

Makerspace Open Hours: Cricut Maker 3

Drop-in time on the library's Cricut Maker 3 - the library supplies removable vinyl, you bring the ideas (custom decals, labels, car-window stickers). All ages, no registration.

Brush Hour: Acrylic Painting Night

Storybook meets Renaissance faire meets fall festival: bounce house, two mazes, face painting, glitter tattoos, Viking hair braiding, animals, character meet-and-greets, in-lane Ren-faire actors, fire and aerial performers, story times, tea parties and free food for kids - plus vendors, food and live music for the grown-ups. It's listed on AllEvents as the "2026 Fall Family Fun Fest" at Veterans Memorial Park (10:30 AM–8 PM), so confirm hours with the organizer. Volunteers still needed.

Clarksburg Winterfest Pageant
